Alarm Systems

Cellular alarm transmitters become more popular, as more and more people cancel their home or business telephone phone service. Cellular service can also increase your security when combined with a phone line.

Currently we offer three different cellular transmitter models for residential and commercial systems.

  • The most popular unit is a TG-9 general reporting cellular transmitter which only sends very basic information to our central station (ex. Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, and General Trouble) and can operate in conjunction with a telephone line.
  • The next unit is a TG-1 Express unit which can not be used with a telephone line but it does send full reporting (ex. Front Door Burglar Alarm, Interior Motion (Rear Hall), Kitchen Fire Alarm).
  • The third unit is a TG-4 and it does all three functions of the other 2 units. It can work as cellular only or in conjunction with a telephone line for added communication security and will send full reporting to our central station so that we can tell you, your key-holders, and the police or fire department exactly where the alarm was triggered.

Arm or disarm your alarm system remotely with the touch of a button. The DSC WS4939 is a wireless 4 button keychain remote. It features 4 programmable function keys and long life lithium batteries. Call our office for details!

If you have a friend or family member who may need a medical alarm, we have a solution for you.  We lease medical alarms for only $25.00 per month with a one time setup fee. These units are very simple to operate.  There is no wiring involved, so the set-up time is minimal and there’s no mess to clean up.

The system consists of two parts.  The base unit usually works best on a bedside table where the patient sleeps.  The base unit has a medical button, a fire button, and a police button. If located next to the patient’s bed, it is easily accessible and he/she may not need to wear the wireless bracelet or necklace.

The second piece is either a wireless bracelet or necklace (patient’s choice).  Most patients prefer the bracelet over the necklace, because when the patient lies down or is in a reclined position, the necklace can easily slide behind the patient, making it difficult to find when in distress.

*We monitor these alarm systems 24-hours per day-7 days per week in our locally owned and operated monitoring facility. If we receive a medical alarm signal, we immediately call the premises to check on the patient. If we do not get an answer, or if we think there is a problem with the patient, we immediately call a relative or neighbor designated on the account to check on the patient.

*Dispatch procedures may be modified on accounts to accommodate patients with special needs or notifications.  If you have any questions or concerns about how a medical alarm account is handled, please call our office so we may discuss the options that best meet the patients needs.
